Please join us on this rare opportunity in the United States on a journey through your lower power centers, commonly known as the Chakras.
We will explore the sacred temple of our body, learning skills for grounding and rooting ourselves in the earth, connecting with ourselves and others and reclaiming our personal power and will.
Trauma (any feeling of helplessness) and life struggles can greatly restrict the energy and vitality that flows from these centers, showing up as fatigue, lack of passion and longing for a stronger connection to ourselves.
Drawing on the healing power of Biodynamic Breathwork with the additional support of Chinese medicine, bioenergetics, meditation and more we will move into our centers and learn ways to restore and heal old wounds.
Designed for healers of all types who wish to learn new skills, as well as laypeople in the process of their own healing journey.
BioDynamic Breath & Trauma Release is built on a new approach to trauma release, utilizing breath, conscious movement, sound, touch, and non-cathartic emotional release techniques as its foundation.
This experiential workshop is designed to gently raise awareness and release mental, emotional and physical tensions down to your core. It enables you to experience the full range of sensations and emotions available as a human being, while expanding your capacity to contain and support the free flow of life-force energy.

UBU Today is so grateful that this gift will be available for those that choose to invest in themselves.
This transformational modality “frees” vital energy and restores flow from mostly unconscious blocks that are held in the cellular memory of our bodies and hinder or block completely, the free flow of vital “life” energy.
Giten Tonkov’s (Founder) website is also a great resource for additional information related to the BBTR modality:

International Workshop Facilitator
Prema McKeever, M.Sci, BBTRS Practitioner:
Prema is a body-based therapist, group workshop facilitator and teacher who combines more than 20 years of experience in Eastern medicine, meditation, emotional release work, and body-mind therapies. Her work is about guiding you in your journey to wholeness and clarity about who you really are.
By treating thousands of patients as a doctor of Chinese medicine she saw how vital our emotional health is for our physical health. Looking for ways to help herself and her patients release stored trauma in the body she discovered BioDynamic Breath & Trauma Release. She was trained by its creator, Giten Tonkov, in Europe and the U.S. and considers it a sacred honor to facilitate and teach this deeply healing system of breath work.
She integrates Somatic Experiencing® techniques (trauma healing) and Hakomi (a body-centered system of psychotherapy) into her work and teachings. She is a certified Internal Alchemie coach and has trained in many additional therapeutic healing modalities including Tantra, pulsation, and Bioenergetic Chakra Therapy. She currently offers private session in Vancouver, BC, facilitates groups across the U.S. and Canada as well as teaches via the internet to BioDynamic Breath and Trauma Release students worldwide.
Her own personal journey of meditation and self-discovery has taken her from the homes of shamans in the jungles of Peru, to Sufi gatherings in Turkey, to the ashrams of India. In individual sessions and groups, Prema’s focus is on transforming that which no longer serves you and creating a healthier, authentic and more passionate life.
